I am proud to announce that, effective August 31, 2020, Comprehensive Physical
Therapy Center (CPTC) has joined forces with Integrative Therapy Clinics (ITC) of Greensboro,
NC. Prior to joining Integrative Therapies, I had had considerable discussion with CORA Physical
Therapy of Lima, Ohio. However, as the COVID-19 pandemic progressed, CORA backed away
and left an opportunity for something even better.
ITC is dedicated and committed to our community and has a plan to help continue the work we do at
CPTC while adding complimentary serviceslike massage, nutritional and psychological counseling. They
will also continue to offer fitness programs for those who are interested, as well as adding a greater
diversity of classes to our present offerings. I am encouraged by this idea of integration of therapy
services as it is definitely in keeping with thephilosophy of CPTC of, "Treating each patient the way we
would want to be treated if weneeded physical therapy" expanded on a broader scale. ITC will afford us
the opportunity to be of greater service to our patients as we will be more Comprehensive in our care.
We will also soon be at our new location at 1526 East Franklin Street, still here in our
hometown – Chapel Hill. I trust you will join us for a family and friends gathering once our new
space is complete!
Again, it is with great excitement that I share news of our acquisition by Integrative Therapy
Clinics – this after 31 wonderful years as CPTC! I feel strongly that it is the right thing to do for
the future of the practice and our local community. We are better positioned than ever to
make a positive difference in the lives of those in need of Physical Therapy and Integrative Care.
